Ordering, Shipping and Returns
All items are made to order. Our bags are hand cut, hand strapped, and finished by hand setting each individual rivet. Every item is made with care and attention to detail. Our lead times vary depending on time of year and current workload. The current lead times will be listed on each individual product listing. If by chance our delivery time takes longer than expected, you will be notified immediately.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once your order ships, you will be notified with your tracking information via your email provided during checkout. International orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. All international customers are responsible for any additional customs duties. If you need your order by a certain date, please reach out and we will let you know our current processing time. Once your order ships, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
All items are made to order, at this time we do not accept returns for a full refund. Each item is photographed to best represent its size and color. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are happy to accommodate an exchange for equal value or for a store credit. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your purchase. We only accept unused products and maintain the right to refuse any item that shows signs of wear. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of each product.
